@BlueDeepDive It's a bug in the arcade. After you perform the fatality, a well timed forward and high punch will cause another head to be punched out. This can be done over and over theoretically. That's why in MK3 Johny Cage punches out 3 heads. BTW, Johny Cage is an imitation of Van Damme.
