This is legal.
You can buy OSX licens as a private person and company without a problem.
In windows..you got so called OEM licenses which any one can by..this is legal..

Apparntly you've never used windows because you can have up to 32gb of ram depending on which motherboard. I have 6gb and windows utilizes all of it.

Microsoft doesn't care what kind of computer Windows runs on as long as you pay for the OS. You can buy a computer with no OS on it, buy a copy of Windows & install it on the computer. You're right about Apple, though.

Windows 64-bit versions CAN utilise more than 4gb of ram, it's maximum somewhere in the 10s of thousands.
Windows 32-bit can only use about 4gb ram though.

you're ASSUMING they only used one copy of the OS. that doesn't mean they only used one. They could have purchased more copies.

In they're video, they look like they run they're entire "company" out of their basement. I don't see why someone with such a poor setup would purchase more OSs

Windows can utilize up to some 128gb of RAM you fool. Also, even if it's almost the same price as dell as the mac pro, its always cheaper to go to your nearby computer builder (IE microbytes) and they will make a computer for you for 1/3 the price + warranty and all.

ROFL. That's a good one. Oh wait, you were serious? Where the fuck did you come up with a dumb ass answer like that. The highest now is Linux which is 64GB until Snow Leopard comes out which WILL be able to handle 64TB. Windows can only handle 4GB unless it's a server. Then maybe some more. But OS X can handle 32GB. There's proof on Apples website. Just max out a Mac Pro. Get your facts together. Jeez.
