Carnahan Town hall Meeting #4 Carnahan slips out back door!

From 7:00 to 8:30pm, several speakers talked about older adults and aging. Some people were getting impatient and voiced their discontent . Finally the moderator announced she was going to read the questions that were submitted. The crowd booed because we were not told that questions were to be written down. The one and only card she read was a three part question that allowed Carnahan to address some of the "misconceptions" about the health care bill. Then Carnahan announced he had to leave and slipped out the back door amid boos and jeers. So much for a question and answer town hall meeting!
