Rachelle wants to add muscularity and definition to her legs. So, after 7 sets of double kettlebell front squats, her assignment is weighted walking lunges with 50lbs added.
We don't measure these in sets or reps, rather, in hundreds of yards. Her aim is simple: "Do these until your legs just don't work anymore."
Rachelle has specific goals. This is not a standard exercise prescription at Idaho Kettlebells.
