    I've also been told that if you're not doing it the California type (rice out,fish in.) that you can wet the nori.

    I like to cheat with mine I wet the nori after it has been rolled and then put it in the freezer for a bit so it's a bit firmer.

    lol i tried to get my extremely un-nerdy sisters to make me sushi for my birthday and they cooked the salmon :'( i swear when i saw that i wept like they had just killed gaming it was a sad site and then there was no onigiri either sad face times 100 cant a white nerdy otaku ask for japanese food on their birthday i think ill just go to the sushi bar and buy it this time if not make it myself

  • FuzzyLumpyKins

    While I know Felicia will probably not see this, here are some tips for if you remake your roll.

    1. Place a sheet of plastic wrap on the bamboo roller and spread at least half of the amount you used on the nori. Leave at least a one inch strip of nori on one end so it can stick to the other when you roll it.

    2.Use less than what you think your going to need. The more you use the bigger the roll will be in the end.

    3.Cut in half, then half again. That way all the pieces are about the same size
