  • lol i went to this school from pre-k to 5th grade it rocked !!!!!!

  • I have watched many many RtI videos, but honestly, you folks did an excellent job at telling the RtI story. Your team did a great job illustrating what RtI looks like in a building. Great resource for schools that are considering implementation! Thanks!

  • this video helps me understand how rti is implemented in the classroom

  • Great video! It really focused on the importance of an effective curriculum and a school-wide sense of community dedicated to helping all students acheive. Education should be a community effort; it takes the commitment of teachers, the administration, parents, and the community.

  • This video is excellent!!! It demonstrates how RTI can not only improve the students learning abilitites but challenge educators to look at education in a new light. The video focuses on the conscious and consistent effort put forth by the collaborative teams and individual teachers. This is truly great.

  • RTI is helping ALL students succeed. Students may not be learned disabled, but was curriculum disabled. RTI helps educators better address individual student needs by Focusing on Data. Data speaks for itself. In order for RTI to be effective you have to have a good Core Reading Program.

  • The data meetings are really important when assessing student response to interventions. Child would not be labeled with having a learning disability because they receive intervention in regular classroom setting which is very important for student success. Important for everyone to meet to discuss how their approach to RTI is working. Benchmark data showed improvements in school. The kid understand when they are making progress.

  • The video stress the importance of the collaboration meetings and the data. The teachers were very exciting about being apart of the discussion that would create a plan of intervention for the students. The educators were dedicated in their quest to implementing strategies that would benefit the students and bring success.

  • Great video that discussed RTI at this particular school in New York. It discussed the importance of flexible scheduling as well as time for a dedicated reading block.

  • This video discussed data meetings where they see what problems and what sucess students are having. It talked about how the core reading programs needs to have a high rate of sucess. They build their schedules around their students. A struggling reader will more than likely not be classified as a Special Education student because of RTI interventions. It is great that this school is really trying to study their data and help children move beyond being classified as Special Ed. children.
