Non vorrei essere irrispettoso ma la tecnica mostrata in questo video è tremenda. Facendo snatch e clean in quel modo si finisce solo per farsi veramente male i polsi.
Do not perform snatch and clean in this way,you will only hurt yourself!!! The swing looks like a squat mixed with a front rise...terrible!

All you people on moaning and groaning about proper technique, why don't you put out a video of you doing the proper form instead of criticizing people who are trying to give you some good tips.

@comingforya1 More than you, obviously. Do a little research. I'm not trying to be an ass, just giving advice. People who don't know better might think this is how to use kettlebells and won't get results or may get themself hurt.

Done wrong, just for the fact they didn't show the correct form, I'd have a hard time believing all their other videos.

Why did this guy not mention anything about the KEY to kettlebell swing, the hip snap? This girl is LIFTING the kbell, which is wrong. Destroys the whole point of the swing. With a real kbell swing, newbies cannot do 15 swings--maybe 5. It's a full-body move. Snatches you don't even begin until you've done quite a bit of work with kbells, and that is the WORST clean EVER. Wrong, wrong, wrong!

horrible instruction. This is a demonstration on how to get injured. Make sure you learn from an RKC instructor.
