MMA was a sport that flourished because of the internet. MMAs fanbase during the first growth period where males age 15-30.. young guys who know how to use a computer.. sure some people watched fights for free, but they also gave free advertisement and political support.. it is not some old sport that has some traditions, where daddy takes his boy to watch a game..

We like UFC and Dana cuz he says it like it is and is Fan friendly! BUT, in becoming Greedy, and Corporate, the Fans see right through Bull Shizzle!!! It started w lie ing about Carlos Condit was ok with changing fights when Carlos Condit clearly stated he he wasnt ok with it. Now this Sopa thing shows Greed b4 Fans! Why is there no more talk of the fighter medical "thing-a-mah-bob" anymore? When people talk about the UFC and how they don't pay fighters enough or say negative things no one mentions that the fighters have a bit of medical support. Is there some new development on that which shades light on it? Is it not as good as people thought it was going to be? Just curious.

Zuffa smartly recognizes that Jones vs Evans and Silva vs Sonnen are their two "tent pole" fights of the year. Those two will be there two best bets at reaching a million buys. GSP vs Diaz could also do it but that fight has too many unknowns for them to plan for it like the others.

UFC 145 Jones vs Evans will get all of Zuffa's bells an whistles and I think that's why they pushed it back to Atlanta. The Jones Jones ad on FOX showed us that Zuffa is in the JJ business now in a big way.
