Elite was enjoyable, service was attentive - one flight attendant searched through multiple carts to find me a Taiwan beer. The food was economy meals, and they were hit-and-miss. I liked the seats. Amenity kit was small, but cute. And I'm wearing my slippers right now. Overall, good experience.

I don't know why other airlines stop having the premium economy class. I may not be able to fly business or first class but every time I fly to asia I always look for EVA. Thai and ANA have this class but Thais only fly out of L.A. and ANA is way to expensive for what it is. To EVA airways Thank you for having it.

Their premium economy only costs about 20% more than regular econ. Well worth the money unless you like torturing yourself.

Eva Air's service is WAY better than most American carriers. They are pretty cheap and the service you get is nice. It is not like UBER luxury, but when paying for Elite class, you feel like you're flying business class.
My bagggage was never lost and all my flight connections were made on time. Of course the Taiwanese might not have the best english, but its still pretty good service for the low price you pay compared to Japan or Singapore Air.

Most of the seats in Elite class have views of the wings, so you will see the GE90s. I would suggest you sit the farthest up front in the Elite class section for the ultimate view.

Elite was pretty nice to me. For the money you pay which is a little bit more than economy and way less than Premium Laurel, you get those perks you never thought you could afford.

The meal tray is actually located inside the armrest. You can lift the leather covering of the armrest and pull out your meal tray.I actually quite handy!
