Ty Reddish shares how he attacked Nye Frank

27 year old Ty bends down to avoid the video camera to tell officers how he choked 68 year old Nye Frank. Nye Frank has zero history of fighting, but our DA Rod Pacheco called it a mutual combat. Based on the father of Ty Reddish statement on audio it seems to be for a favor to the killers family and friends. Looking at the title report of the property two doors from Lee and Nye Frank that Ty's mother now owns it now. She was the grocery girl for 95 year old Red (John Husbeth). Lee was friends with Red since she was 16. The week before Red died he asked Lee to take him to a lawyer as he had been being asked to sign stuff he said he did not know what he was signing. Lee asked him did'nt he have a will. He said yes he was leaving every thing to his daughter. But the house was transfered to Sheri Reddish. Looking at the Deed it does not look like the owner Reds signature. But 3 days after Red passed away a ex prosecutor Diana Dimaggio from Riverside County states she was the trustee and signed the property over to Sheri Reddish. The ex prosecutor Diana Dimaggio I have been told by Reds friends represented Sheri against Reds daughter telling her if she fought the transfer she would get nothing. She was told if she did not fight the transfer she would get ten thousand. Being handicapped and without the money to fight her parents home went to the grocery girl. The attorney in this case for the County has represented Diana Dimaggio in another lawsuit. It seems that so many of the relationships in the courts, sheriff, and offical agencies are friends and family. It looks like a big wall to over come for justice. We pray for the opportunity to have Justice for Nye and Lee Frank. The Riverside County DA, Sheriff department has let the Reddish family stalk Lee for months. Even on the 9th of April Ty swerved his car next to Lee and sped off. The Riverside Sheriff and DA called the attack Mutual Combat and claim Lee is not a victim.
