Hedgehog investigates new home (part 2)

I bought this lonely looking hedgehog to save it (not sure if it's male or female yet) from a life of boredom in the pet store. Already in one night she's had more activity than the 10 times I saw her in the store. Her favorite move was to squeeze beneath the wheel toy and compress herself until she pulled herself out the other end. I'm not sure how to train her to use the wheel, does anyone have some suggestions? The spines feel like the spines from a stiff scrubbing brush, but she has not hurt me with them yet.

Does it look like he/she has a belly button? if so its a guy and that's his weiner. lol. It will use the wheel for sure. dont worry, but probably at night. :) enjoy your hedgy!
