  • This is a very moving piece, Colin! I love it! Such gorgeous textures and variations! It's exciting, full of emotion and very smooth! Your sound quality is marvelous! ***** Lorna

  • Dear Lorna , Thank you so much for that really encouraging comment! - Colin x

  • Very nice. Do you make CD's or market these in any way? I think your pieces would work really well for dramatic productions or movies.

  • Thanks, Bach Scholar . No, I just write music as a hobby.

  • Oh yes, of course I am forgetting 'Papa' Haydn! What a prolific genius he was!

I do love the classical greats but I am also heavily into jazz and other music.

Miles Davis gets to me every time....!

  • For me, too, Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, but also Haydn are the greatest masters, and I´m glad you consider them as such also. I think, the good quality of your music speaks for this (of course, you have found your own style, what is very important).

  • Thanjk you so much , Andreas!

Yes, Bach 's music is on a completely different level of course. The most sublime beautiful music came from the great master, JS Bach. Between him and Mozart, surely music has reached the highest levels of perfection. They really understood the human condition more than any one else since(apart from Beethoven perhaps!)

  • What a wonderful composition and playing, Colin! I like this piece very much and I´m discovering modern the music with a more contemplative and meditative style more and more. Of course, Bach is also very contemplative and internal, even the faster and blitheful pieces of him.

  • Thank you so much for that really lovely comment, Yiling!

  • A very sentimental piece at same time full of excitment and wonder and magic . Many stars for you Colin for such great music and performance . Blessings~Yiling
