  • Before proclaiming his greatness, one should hear the "Origins" show on This American Life, in which Lois is denounced for claiming credit for others' great ad ideas.

  • Good to see late Jim Callaway . This is how I remember him during his Lois Holland Callaway days at 745 - 5th Ave. I wounder where Ron Holland these days? One of the nicest people you ever want to meet .

  • @5410th Holland was also one of the funniest guys I've ever met. I worked in NY during that era, for Tim Galfas who did a lot of Lois's Esquire covers. Lois, Holland and Callaway were frequent visitors to the studio and were a hilarious trio who interacted and fed off each other naturally.
