Wingscapes Timelapse PlantCam + Moultrie Digital Game Camera Power Panel

I purchased this camera from Amazon in 2010 for $62 shipped. I now see that Amazon has raised the price as of 2-01-11 to $79 shipped and lowered the price of the solar panel to $54 shipped. I have learned prices on Amazon change.
This video shows what a Garden Watch Plant Cam looks like in the field, attached to a solar charger, and that has been painted camo. I show how it is mounted to the tree and how it is programmed. There is no actual video from the camera included in this overview. Even with the escalated price, I believe this plantcam is still a great deal at $79 considering its competitors are priced in the $119 to $199 range and they do not have factory ports for attaching a solar panel. As much as I like the timelapse camera idea, it is a battery hog if you choose for it to take pictures frequently. That is why the plantcam is great when you have the solar power panel attached to it.

hey there, that solar panel is a Moultrie and I just attached it to the tree, ran the power cord around the tree, wrapped it around that eyebolt, and plugged it into the camera. It works really well.
