- a strong economy
- the highest wages
- the lowest debts
- the most intelligent highschool kids
- the lowest unemployment rate and number of people living on welfare
- and also: you find the highes number of millionaires per capita
... in Germany.

Berlin is a perfect example for what a shithole comes out of a city when governed by the socialists/communists:
- highest unemployment rate
- highest debts per capita
- highest rate of people living on welfare
- most stupid highschools kids while having the highest statal budget for schooling per pupil
- the weakest economy
in Germany ...
