The rural vote has shifted in favor of Democratic congressional candidates in the last month, indicating Republicans are losing ground with a key constituency, according to the Center for Rural Strategies Poll. In a poll of 41 contested U.S. House races, rural voters preferred Democratic candidates by a margin of 52 to 39 percent. In contested Senate races in states with significant rural populations, rural voters preferred Democrats by 4 points, 47 to 43 percent, reversing the 4-point lead Republican Senate candidates held among rural voters in mid-September. But those results fall within the poll's margin of error.
Thanks for generalizing about people generalizing. Plus, if you fell for mass murderer Bush's fake cowboy shit, you are stupid and inferior - until you stop believing what the FoxNews media whores tell you.

I fully agree with what the second person said. We need to bring control back to Congress. The GOP held Congress has not succeeded and if anything has become as corrupt and aimless now as the Democrat held Congress was before 1994. My comments throughout this site are admittedly biased, but we need an independent Congress from the President's party that puts accountability where it needs to and supports an idependent judiciary. I have no confidence in the GOP House and Senate in doing that.

Even in Bush's heartland, they're not falling for it any more.
