Biggie was a far better rapper than Tupac.
Tupac's lyrics were much more meaningful and deep, but technically no where near Biggie's delivery.
Biggie's stuff was straight up perfect -- voice, flow, imagery, style.
He sounds 10 x fresher, smoother, more charming and more natural than any rapper alive today except Eminem who is also gifted but a different style.
