Chad would you be able to make a series of videos in relation to nutrition. You know like supplements and good opitions for food. Like your videos, they are very clear cut. Keep up the good work.

@ChadHowseFitness some people are disco fitness guys (thats what we call it here, all the do is training the upper body like biceps and chest with disco-moves). I dont say you're one but that is just what came to my mind.

@MageAtYou hahaha great observation! I was "blessed" with skinny ankles - I can wrap my fingers around each ankle. They get bigger through the calves and quads. Thanks for noticing!
