If you set it up right, I think you can do tap tempo through the midi mate. I've got it set up to do only patch switching, and then I do on/off and tap tempo on the Timeline itself.
The settings for the medium swell are grit at about 10 o'clock, mix just below noon, repeats at probably about 3 o'clock, with time at one o'clock. Filter at 10 o'clock, smear at 2 o'clock, mod depth at 1 o'clock, and mod speed at 9 o'clock. I think.

I'm curious about those settings too. I've got a timeline and I'm loving it. One more question, are you able to do the tap tempo through your midimate?

Thanks for the quick reply. I'll try running the pedal infront of my amp for a while and see if I like it better.
Also, if you don't mind that I ask, what were the settings for the medium swell setting you showed in the second video?
"that does it's own thing" haha.

Hey can the Midi Mate send the tap tempo to the TL? Can you control both TL's with the one Midi Mate?
Digital Storm! I remember you mentioning that in a blog.

@cosmogang Yes, you can on both counts. It just cuts the number of presets available instantly way down, though.

Hey Passenger, those Damage Control guys should send you some free pedals. I am your next victim: I just ordered a Timeline too. Gosh you ARE convincing! Thanks for the good demos!
