This is a message to everyone who loves mcdonalds and hates to gain weight. There is an option. You can eat fast food everyday and still lose weight. The answer is the atkins diet. It is as simple as that. Here is what to do, order the burgers, chicken sandwhiches, or fish sandwhiches without the buns (yes you can do that), skip the fries, and last is get the diet sodas.

we all know mcdonalds is bad for you, but once a month isnt gonna kill you. if you want to eat fast food thats your choice. just dont make a habit out of it
