Finally a proper slow motion vid with the proper angle, of the swing & release i want to learn, great up!!!
Any tips on the downswing? Do you squeeze the ball at all?

@parappa but its true that the trail leg is optimal if its kept straight and close to the ground... raising it usually shifts weight up instead of out which decreases stability at the line... obviously nothing is set in stone and there are great bowlers that make it work, so i guess whatever works for you...

Looks alittle like Tim Mack! :) Great vid.

@parappa i put one up yesterday. and i was in the dark so you cant really see it that well and also i don't bowl frequently. im still in high school

haha, add pops up right on the important part...

damn, this guy throws it slow

@misteraznpimp You have to practice, i used to have like zero revs and the only way i could get any was to big time bend my elbow. One thing that has helped me was to start with my hand as far under the ball to the left while i was still holding it before my swing even started until i got used to my hand being under the ball.

that't not 60fps that's more like 240 frames per second. I have a Casio Exlim EX-FH20 and its 210 frames per second looks like that.

@BryceFritzel Yea, my guess is it's the Casio Exilim EX-F1. Nice camera!
what the point of swinging your back leg up so damn high??

There's no way this is 60 fps. This is 600 fps more likely.
