Everything else: Max/On.

Resolution: 960 by 600.

Locked fraps on 20 fps. W/o fraps, it won't go under 20, and avarage is about 41 fps.

how do u keep cool enough so it doesnt lag

i have a hp dv7

core 2 dou 2.00 ghz, 4gb ram, 9600mgt 512 ddr2,

320 gb hd

it heats up and get laggy after a while

I also thought it was a heat issue when it happened to me at first, but thats not the case.

You just need to defrag the game files.

You do this by right clicking on the game in Steam and then you click "Properties".

A window will appear. Click on the "Local files" tab. Now click on "Defragment cache files".

A new window will appear with a status bar. Wait for it to get done and the text "Your game is now fully optimized" should appear.

If it will run, tell me how much FPS i will have on 1280x800 resolution and medium detalils.

I have a HP DV5 1160ed, with the same specs only a p7350 instead of a p7450 processor, and you should try the following settings:

resolution: 1024x768 or 1280x800

aa & vsync: off

shadows: off (makes alot of difference)

soften smoke edges: off

textures: max

this will make it play super fluently, with about 50-70 fps average :)
