@questionmarkjones Wouldn't the alternative only result in a race to the bottom for everyone? Get rid of the minimum wage and all entry level jobs will be paying less and less until we have a huge populace that's virtually living in third world conditions. Much like we had before the minimum wage. That's what happens when it's all just about workers competing for who will accept less.

Tom Emmer should have responded to minimum wage claims with this argument as well and he might not be in the mess he was in.

You democrats on the other hand preech minimum wage, but oppose E-verify and thus make the minimum wage laws worthless as illegal aliens work off the books and take jobs from American citizens.
