Language is, by its very nature, dynamic. Would you argue that all Americans are pronouncing the entire English language incorrectly? If so, I put forth that British English has ALSO changed since the colonization of America, albeit probably not quite as much, due to the number of immigrant languages influencing American English.

That said, the title of the video isn't "How To Pronounce Aluminium", it's "How To Pronounce Aluminum". He is indeed pronouncing "Aluminum" as most people do.
