Don't you just hate that sinking feeling?

Quasi-PIF from 1990 at the height of the recession.I like this quasi-PIF for the simple fact that it actually has a focus on water, rather than talking about floods or using it to torture people, I'm looking at you Amnesty International.It just has a normal use for water.Baths.

This quasi-PIF uses your average 11-in-the-morning-bath to tell us a fairly simple point.Cut down on your water!Whoever filled up this bath obviously has no regard for the fact that it might overflow and flood their house, it's over the emergency drain!Clearly that would give them some warning that the bath has too much water, and no one is even in the bath, so they just left it there with the rubber duck to take care of it?Whoever owns this bath sucks.

Also note the stupid endline, they give us the name of the company we are supposed to phone, they give us the opening hours of the company that we are supposed to phone, but they dont give us the phone mumber of the company we are supposed to phone!Fuckers.
