As the final built component for my architecture masters thesis, I designed and built a relief shelter suitable for hurricane relief. This high-speed clip condenses one hour of work, showing the ease of building and demounting the disaster shelter.

  • There's a company that makes something like this only there's are domed shaped.

  • How much framing lumber would you need to hold six pieces of 4x8 plywood together per side to make the walls of an emergency A-frame? Would 2x4s on the middle and each end do it?

  • That is so nice but what if you had 500 families needing shelter NOW YOU TAKE 12 PEOPLE TRAIN them to be the leader on puting up a roll of shelters start 12 rolls and go until you run of land in one direction then start training 12 more leaders for the next roll of shelters
