Tom asks, should requiring five seconds to fully pull out of a vagina after the woman withdrew consent mid-intercourse result in the man charged with first-degree rape and five to fifteen years in jail?
An 18 y.o. female had sex with a 16 y.o. male, she changed her mind halfway during intercourse and told him to stop. It took him five seconds to fully comply, enough for the jury to find him guilty of first-degree rape.
