It's funny how PETA has never noticed this. Pick on Mario for wearing a dumb raccoon suit, but let Link abuse the chickens.

@grisslyhora63 As a Briton who played the gameboy version when it came out and provoked the cuckoos successfully I can say with completly confidence that it's not.

Chicken survival tip: Pick up the chicken and doge the other chickens, after a few seconds they stop attacking should you successfully dodge their attacks while holding the hostage(Getting hit makes you drop the chicken, if you drop the chicken they keep attacking.) As soon as you drop your hostage though they start attacking you again.

@KKDlolo i just wacked the chicken like in any zelda game and that usually happens. It's not the SNES version and no cheats were used, so i guess it just happened.
