在廚房看到一碟碟剛洗過的材料，便知道今天有靚口福！剛好可以試試跟爸爸換過來的新手機的攝影功能。拍照去了！

主要材料除了花肉，還有雞蛋跟黑木耳。

-蒜頭、小蔥頭剁碎跟花肉一起炒。(要是相機可以錄下香味，放在網上可以播出來，就好了)
-大概一湯匙生抽。
-少許糖及五香粉。
-加上木耳。兜亂。
-加一碗水。
-加一小匙甘草粉(甘草片也可以。燜好了再取出)。加少許鹽、味精、Maggi Seasoning Sauce調味。
-加雞蛋。
-蓋上鍋蓋，燜。
-大概是分鐘後，水差不多乾了一半。把蛋取出。加上大概兩湯匙黑醬油。兜亂。
-把雞蛋再加進來。雲伯好像覺得不夠黑醬油，又加了少許。兜亂。
-這回不必蓋上鍋蓋，繼續燜。雲伯說如果覺得滷汁不夠膏，再加水再燜。

好了！一道香噴噴的滋味家鄉滷豬肉出爐了！

I couldn't find the soundtrack on Amazon but there's a DVD of the McDull movie the song is from (goo[dot]gl[slash]Ah5gV)
