Norse by Norsewest (Lost Vikings 2) - Part 1

I noticed that there's no love for Norse by Norsewest on Youtube... yet. So here it is, the next gen sequel to Lost Vikings. This is part 1, the first 4 levels.

This is essentially the same game as the SNES Lost Vikings 2, but with new graphics, new sounds and music, voices, movies, etc. Enjoy. :)

A note about the opening movie. This was recorded from the PSX, which for some reason has the opening movie's audio slightly out of sync. :|

As for which one is better, Saturn or PSX, I can't say. I've never played the Saturn version, as it's too expensive to buy another copy of a game I basically own for the SNES, PSX and PC already.

I can tell you that the PSX version has more voiceovers than the PC. The PSX version, however, has it's movies' sound out of sync for some reason. Other than that, they're the same game.

If I do someday get the Saturn version, I can give you my impressions then. The thing is, locally it's $35, which is way too expensive. That's more than I paid for the PSX and PC versions combined.

Any idea what people seem to prefer the snes version? Is it just the graphics

or are there differences in gameplay? Norse by Norsewest was my first Lost Vikings game

ive had this since i was a little boy(like 5 or so) and it was fun but it got lost in time(not time and space)so am getting it again via torrent cuz its FUN. i will be posting walkthroughs for it as fast as the torrent is done :) btw are there to versions of this game on PC????
