The paper would not run a picture of this cell and many mis-informed residents now think that this is acceptable.

The Superintendent now states that the district will call the local police and jail these young offenders because of the demise of Mr. Jail..

BTY the district receives $24,600.00 to educate each child with autism.

This video was taken by the request of a single mother whose child attend Lincoln Elementary in Prescott Arizona. Her child was seven years old at the time and has autism. This situation was not discovered until recently.

Her child was forced by their elementary public school teacher into this homemade jail cell on public school property and locked up for disobedience. We will post his interview soon.

The elementary children (ages 5-10 years old) refer to this place as Mr. Jail.

Notice the interior of the cell stained with body fluids and the camera and padding ripped up.

The child that was last incarcerated in this device was evidently in distress. Our investigation continues.

WHAT IS TORTURE DEFINED AS? "extreme anguish of body or mind; agony".

DOES THIS CELL FIT THE DESCRIPTION?

I'm so mad I could spit! My 4 year old grandson is autistic, and if I EVER hear of anything remotely this horrible happening to him when he starts school, well let's just say I'm like a momma bear when my kiddies are threatened and bullied.

I have no type of problem, although I have behaivoral and I am emotionally sick ... I am in a psyco school. And they restrain me like 2 or 3 times a week and I am tired of being in that room ... just because I don't want to take a Time Out, they put me in that room.... I'm old enough to take it on my own. Not only that, but my school know's I hate when people touch me yet they do it for nothing. that is why I need to get restrained, because I figh tback . Maybe next time they shouldn't touch me.

@returnoftheramble3 they had me on an older drug called Mellaril (forget what age: 9 for sure, maybe 8). NOT FUN. Made me tired, no energy, sluggish, etc. Didn't seem to help emotionally, not at all. My worst indescretion (bad behaviour) was AFTER I was put ON this drug. Go figure *rolls eyes at situation*....*sighs*...

I was in one in the early 70s. Not like this one of course. Mine was totally dark. There was a bathroom, but when I tried to go in there to urinate, it was locked. I couldn't hold it and ended up having an accident (I was 8 or 9). There was a window where the nurses could see me in there. It was locked the old fashioned way with lock and key not electronicised as this here. I was scared to death at the time!
