Timecrimes is an outstanding Spanish science-fiction thriller directed by Nacho Vigalondo. Surpassing Primer and possibly even the Back to the Future trilogy, Timecrimes uses time travel to superb effect in generating a complex plot and compelling character development. I highly recommend this film.

  • I just now got around to this, and I still disagree. Primer's story is really well thought out and that's what gripped me. Not it's budget, but it's story and the way it's handled. I feel that the characters are extremely realistic, and it's the most believable depiction of time travel ever, or at least since Bill and Ted (yes, I'm serious). I've thought through Time Travel for a long time, and have come up with three alternate theories for how it would work, and Primer does it best.

  • i liked primer because it was very technocal.

  • lol its better then primer ! XD

  • Keep to the review dude. Rename this "Timecrimes review with a bitch about another film in the middle. "

  • I'll definitely check this one out.

Have you seen Source Code? It's kind of a similar setup, and I know you liked Moon, by the same director.
