@XANZYX Plead "demur"
A demurrer is a pleading in a lawsuit that objects to or challenges a pleading filed by an opposing party. The word demur means "to object"; a demurrer is the document that makes the objection. Lawyers informally define a demurrer as the court saying "so what" to the pleading.

is there a site that instructs on how to perepare court papers , motions, breifs etc.

The rules for California in your info can be translated into methods that may work in NV. The 1538.5 motion seems to challenge the sufficiency of the arrest, warrant, search and seizure. It translates to a NRS 179.045 motion(I think). In NV the demurrer is abolished by NRS 174.075. This seems to leave only motions for summary judgment or counterclaim. Not sure how to prepare either but im working on it. In due time I guess. Anyone know where to find info on preparing court paperwork?
