GLITCH: Tomb Raider Underworld - Out of *Beneath the Ashes*

Now a BARRIER BREAKER! I am not gonna bother upload more vids where this beam glitch can also be performed. You can upload 'em if ya want since I like only 1 unique BTA glitch until Lara's Shadow comes out. Remember to cite my name Tl2ophy!

Anyway the devolopers missed this major bug on beams/ledges. As a result, Lara can go through walls if she manages to climb up on them using the A button, and then suddenly drop down with the press of the B button (at a certain camera angle).

This is a very hard glitch to perform and will take quite a number of tries! I suggest adjusting the camera so it is zooming away from Lara and through the wall, in order for her to NOT grab the beam after clipping through the wall. Update: It's very easy to do repeatedly now...


Note #1: Possible shortcut when under maps.

Note #2: This glitch will work elsewhere, and on different levels that have these kind of specific beams. Bare in mind that sometimes you have to press only on the A button once or tilt UP on the control stick while doing so, and then tilt toward the wall (in a diagonal manner) to avoid climbing away from it.

Note #3: An easier way to do this glitch is in the paused annotation @0:59 (Just drop-down as soon as Lara climbs up and goes through the wall! Don't wait any longer or else she grabs the ledge). Lara must always be facing to the right of the balance beam.

which level is this? i don't remember playing this on the PC version. this is weird.

You can also fall through the map in the huge room with the water weel. I was trying to jump straight from the entrance to the wooden platform, where the secret is. Instead of doing this I f got oob... I could never reproduce that, but I thought that maybe you, the master of glitching underworld want to give it a try :)

I think t it only works with a swandive from the entrance, because when you get into the water the whole room changes (f.e. you can't stand on the beam if you weren't in water)
