i have recently bought mw2 and i am lvl 70 from joining a public lobby that was modded(i didnt mod it or anything it was someone in the lobby) and i unlocked commando pro. then a popup showed up and said memory full and mw2 closed. I tried to open it again and it starts up but after a couple seconds it closes. i have turned off my ps3 then tried again and it still hasn't worked i even tried deleting my saved data for mw2 in my ps3 menu other games work on my ps3

@nickjoyceXP something's up with your MW2 data then. It's prob the files in the game? Delete your MW2 patch and saved data. If it doesn't work, create a new User on your PS3 and try playing it from there.

@kip65276 You only need less than 1Gb so any USB drive will do. But if your HD is damaged you will get an error or it not complete the Update-then you will use a new HD( maybe bigger than the old one) and it should finish everything OK. This safe mode is the best thing Sony has-their hardware is crap, but Microsoft does not use this self-repair on Xbox, so which is better??

@RooneyWelbeck Trophies are attached to your PSN account, but you need to resync and if you have a lot of trophies that may take a while.

Hey, how will it delete my trophies? Aren't the trophies attached to my PSN account and not to my hard drive?

I don't mind losing the save data but I don't want to lose my trophies.
