This song is called Drowning, by the band Suburban Tribe. I looked around at facebook groups, the full song is fantastic - I drove with my soon-to-be-wife in a dense snowfall in downtown Decorah, the sort where the snow mutes everything else. Only this song played, and it was beautiful. The next night, we bound =)
