It pretty much has everything you need to live. Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen with everything.... Office.... Living Room.....Two Closets....a cool spiral staircase and nice neighbors. I get many compliments everytime I have friends over. It is truly a hidden gem. The bus route is across the street and it takes about 4 minutes to get downtown and about 10 to get to the airport. The complex is called Silverado Condos. My unit is on the Woodland entrance at the corner so you get in and out very easily. There is no assigned parking, but I have 2 cars and use the same 2 everytime. they are unofficially mine I guess.

It has a a pool and a 24 hour security guard. The maintance would be covered by me as I am the owner. I have a few handymen that could assist you if you would need it. I live here and havent had any problems, but know that different things may arise. My electricity is about 50-75 dollars a month and there is Free Basic Cable.
