@tehtrooper56 well I thought it was just a rip-off, not on anything or in any universe, and i thought that the ending would really ruin the series for most people, but i guess that doesn't and shouldn't matter. sorry for that

@sparklechild7689 I won't deny your feelings of negativity towards the show, as those thoughts are subjective; however, in WHAT UNIVERSE is Eva a rip-off of anything? Also, what about the ending?

@sparklechild7689 Well, no, ANYONE could return to their forms, we only just see Shinji and Asuka. The fate of all the characters is pretty much left ambiguous, which I believe was the intent of Anno. Yeah, I'm one of these people that think Anno made it the ending the way it was as a way of telling the people who raged over Ep. 25/26 to go f*ck themselves ;)

Someone took my mind and then anally raped it. I honestly don't think anyone can watch this movie once and understand it. Its just one of those things.
