I watched another video and she said she uses Fluorescent oil, thats y it glows and have a mysterious effect.

The paint is oil, the glaze finish may be the type of oil paint she uses. If you used acrylic it's hard to get the subtle colour differences, also hard to get the colours to mix together as when I paint with acrylic with palete knife it doesn't spread thickly or merge like she does. Hope that helps! :)
