Our Barix barrier film is based on plastic so it is thin and flexible. Its main application is to protect moisture sensitive devices such as OLED, organic electronics, or CIGS solar cells.
Mechanically it is much stronger than the glass it replaced as shown by this hammer test!
With Barix technology the OLED display can be made as thin as 50 micrometers (Samsung Flapping OLED) and as strong as the wearable OLED shown by LGD/UDC/US Army.

  • You might wish to video another test of the film with hammerstrikes that remain on top of the encapsulared Ca film. To be honest, your "hammer test" looks fake. I'm sure this is an artifact of the filming process, but a new video that better shows that the strikes are real might be called for.
