  • Doing Chest and back in the same workout, while using these amounts of weights, is impressive. Yes, his form on some of the Back Movements (Bent Rows, DB Rows) are more ballistic but he still appears to be working the target areas. Very hard working young man.

  • Just look at Branch Warren new video on MD 6 wks from the olympia and yall tell me if he controling the negative on his pulldowns!!! Everybody is big behind the computer!!!

  • @deadman315x How many videos do you see Ronnie Coleman and Branch Warren control the negative dipshit???? This is just an example of one of his workouts im pretty damn sure he changes the tempo like most bodybuilders do.
