the black area,watch close as it makes a 360 turn in air,you can see the black area moving CC,My guess it is some type of radar,sensor ,checking the area around it.In the beginning you can see what looks to be some type of control surfaces,front and back,but I'm grasping for straws,just trying to figure out what it might be,hoax[hollywood]test vehicle or ?

@VerseInfinitum the video was taken by a mobile radar threat station,usually manned by private contractors.This could have been a out take taken around 1990-91,then passed around.Someone then sold it to Paramount,and then they put it on the air around 1994-95.If you look at the data,it appears to stand off from the radar station,keeping a set distance.It has a speed burst which shows it pretty sophisticated.A lot can be said about it ability to morph.If its a hoax,it the best of Hollywood.

What's most unusual is that it first appears like a dark football then it looks like a white hat. then it looks like a vertical lander before it looks like some kind of wasp's nest. I can't think of anything we could be making in a top secret lab that could change shape like that. Also such a craft would never be allowed to be filmed if it were a prototype craft of ours. If this isn't a hoax of any kind then it one very interesting footage.
