My stupid OB/GYN was desperate for me to get surgery to remove my uterus cuz of the multiple "benign" fibroids. I refused to because I wanted another opinion from a better doctor one who is in touch with latest medical technology. I'm glad I did. I got Lupron shot for the 1st time & the last time (by choice). I've been taking Fibrovan too which helped alot. I've also incorporated a Mediterranean diet, Japanese diet, Vegetarian diet, whole leaf teas etc. as much as I possibly can. Wish u well.

Despite some negative comments from some of the viewers, I think you've provided good info to women who have to deal with fibroid and the role of estrogen as food for fibroid. Estrogen is the reason for fibroids in women...unfortunately black women get them more than others. It makes sense to believe that eliminating the corporate made estrogen in the products and foods that we use will shrink the fibroids. I have one that is the size of a seven month fetus. I am in the process of eliminating all man made estrogens out of my life. I hope this works.

Good video! I too had five large fibroids, which I was able to shrink naturally with herbs and diet. The hormones in our foods are causing them to grow. God Bless!
