Gorgeous. Our friend of 7 years passed away Jan. 7 from cancer and our hearts are still broken. Loyal, obedient, intelligent-no breed surpasses the German Shepherd. We didn't lock our door for the whole 7 years we had him. Vowed to never get another due to the pain of losing but as I type this my new sweetheart Gaborik (shepherd pup) is gazing up into my eyes.

glad to see he grew into his ears...kinda like a 13 year old boy grows into his feet lol

@ImASmosher1 a properly socailized GSD wont be agrressive towards people on streets but it will still be cautious of them because they think of themselves a protecters and will protect you. socialize is key

@redrockgsd Oh, ok, sorry :D Beautiful dogs!
A properly bred German Shepherd should be aloof with strangers but not aggressive without cause.

Well it isn't all the same dog. When. I made this video I never knew how many people would view it. It is my dog but in the video I also included my dogs ancestors..ie father, grandfather, etc. These would be known to US and the people that know his line so I never thought to put names on them when I did the clip. So most of it is the same dog, but you are right, my dogs lineage is also in the clip!@missdogirl

are they hard to take care of ?? if you go to the park will they bark at other people .. to the point where you cant throw a ball ...??

@hohohee1 well...that depends. Shepherds are extremely intelligent and require time and commitment and training. As far as care, they are pretty easy. Brushing, bath every other month. No special trimming or coat care and such.
