  • ghost stay on the same area that they know

  • @kidkong584 The White House wasn't torn down after the British burned it. The fire gutted the White House. The walls were still standing. Anyway, as I said, all this aside, Abigail Adams just seemed to be too much a woman of common sense to spend any part of eternity forever doing her laundry. She earned her rest, and, no doubt went on to enjoy it with the husband from whom long years of public service had required them both to endure years of separation.

  • @MsTruNorth Well I don't know that much about ghosts, but once a building is torn down, all ghosts in it won't survive in it right? idk

  • @kidkong584 President Madison had the White House re-constructed, using the same walls that had been in place when John and Abigail Adams lived in the White House. The floor plan and layout would have been the same, after the re-build, as when John and Abigail lived there. All this aside, Abigail Adams just seemed to be too much a woman of common sense to spend any part of eternity forever doing her laundry.

  • @MsTruNorth I know that, but John and Abigail lived in the origional White House. That White House was burnt down 12 years after they lived there by the British. John and Abigail never lived in the White House that is there today.

  • @kidkong584 The John and Abigail Adams were the first occupants of the White House. It is George Washington who died before the White House was completed.

  • it could be it was mad that it got burned down or somethin idk lol who knows

it could be 4 any reason i heard it changed alot of times but im only in 9th grade history lol

  • the funny part of tis is how john and abigal adams lived in the old white house. why would a ghost be in the house that it didnt live to see?
