Have we forgotten that there it has always been people before profit. There is plenty of profit to go around for everyone, without sacrificing life, liberty or the pursuit of happiness for all.

Yes, it should be people first. Abraham Lincoln once said: "Republicans are for both the man and the dollar, but in case of conflict the man before the dollar." I wonder of too many of today's politicians, especially have forgotten that it is the "person before the dollar" that matters.
