  • 250 calories, wow my meals are about 500-1000 calories, and i still lose weight, how messed up is that? oh, and i still gain muscle mass from the high protein intake. i wanted to get the foreman grill so i could eat fatty foods like sausage and beef, i think we have different ideas for diet and consumption lol

  • Great..thanks for the video.

  • too small who is coming round tom thumb?

  • @fusionjazz1 I just bought the same one. I thought it was bigger but oh well. There is about enough room for 1 regular size steak. thats it. you could prob make 4 burger patties. Very small. But amazingly efficient. I made a t-bone steak but i had to cut off the bone lol, and it only took 6 mins. medium, medium rare.

  • Is that a 50 sq inch grill? Hard to see.

  • just made great bagels on it :)

  • Better than Rachel Ray. Some hot meat and veggies off the George Foreman grill is great.

  • dude these grills are the bomb...

  • Awesome video i just got one of these grills i can't wait to use it

    Cheers!!

  • Drop the vegetable "burger" and artificial flavors, eat some meat and real butter if you want a healthy meal.
