i'm not sure what Tesla was aware and what not. We know about electric forces an how strong they can be. To carry that kind of energy seems as if it would take a superconductor. We are talking about a controlled enough process to simutaneously disintegrate four sides of a building. To me, energy rays seem like science fiction, like in that Will Smith film. I would think a triggered process, cutting the heavy steal and pulverizing the concrete simutaneously. Freefall rate prevented toppling.

It is interesting this idea of pulverization. by a kind of a high voltage pulse. It is not a technology that i would be familiar with, but in terms of breaking concrete bonds and driving particals apart in the shape of a dust cloud, a high voltage charge seems like it could work. It would be a like a kind lightning injection onto the concrete. I wish they had saved some of the evidence. Thanx to gooliani we might never know.
