im guessing you used a still camera, not video (or film), and didn't had a tripod, because it's moving here and there

Right, Ixus 400. Tripod, yes, but I had to reposition it approximately for each frame (rugrat). Many of the frames are stitched together from multiple contemporaneous photos. This accounts also for the strange morphing quality of the image.
