An unconventional way to lift weights. The cinderblock is a great idea to use for those that don't have access to a gym or are looking for a cheap alternative to buying expensive weights.

  • wow very helpfull THANKS!!!

  • @chungluster No Problem Chungluster. Just sent you a friend request so we can keep in touch. :D

  • good creativity!

  • @down2ride preaciate it D2R. YOu got any suggestions or moves i can add that could be done with a block like this?

  • @TheContraGravity well i think you can get better straps for it instead of just a t-shirt (some ropes, straps, or cabrinet?). Once you done that, it's pretty much turned into a kettle bell, so you can do all kind of stuff. You can use it a step and do step up, squat jump on it. Plyometric push ups, dips, swings. Tie a long rope with it and use it like a sled to train your sprint or your pulls. Just some recommendation.

  • @down2ride YOu have a point. the shirt straps are starting to stretch and its making it difficult to lift. Ha you do have a point about it turning ito a kettle bell. The sled thing is probably the best idea ive heard haha ima look into that!! thanks.

  • You look young and you have a great outlook on life. Very refreshing. You should post how to wrap the block with shirt, the shirt is perfect!

  • Good stuff. I'll keep these workouts in mind when me and my housemates are building our garage gym.
